The primary goals for the BETA are listed below, along with their relative progress level.
| 85% | Solid emulation | Still quite a few audio issues to investigate, but really good so far. |

| 95% | Controller support | Works pretty well. Considering adding support for user-supplied controllers. |
| 100% | Auto-login | Basically done with this feature. |
| 30% | Splash screen | Still in the early experimentation phase on this. |
| 90% | Launcher app | A graphical front end is now included with the latest beta release. Needs some polishing. |
| 80% | Boot in <30 seconds | As of now the boot time is ~27 seconds. |
| 85% | Easy ROM loading | There are auto-mount, auto-copy scripts in place now. |
