Siam Pasta

I have converted Paula to a lover of sushi. As such we diverted from our regular spot to a new place just down the street in Evanston called "Siam Pasta". It's a Thai/Japanese cuisine place that also features a solid list of sushi choices.

We've been out to sushi enough times now that we've got the experience down to a ritual: a drink, some kind of soup, and a small appetizer followed by two or three kinds of rolls, with each trip including at least one completely new kind of maki. Good times for sure, and while Siam Pasta is not our favorite place to get sushi, it has good stuff, and is literally down the street. Not too bad at all.
